Panoramic Universal would be making an investment to the tune of Rs 50 lacs in properties / securities of a body corporate in Dubai, as and by way of acquisition and/or incorporation of a Company. The company has also earmarked an investment of Rs 25 crore for properties / securities of a body corporate in Thailand, as and by way of acquisition and/or incorporation of a Company. The company’s board of directors in their meeting held on May 14,2012, have approved the investment proposals.
Panoramic Universal engages in the hospitality and information technology businesses. The company owns and operates hotel properties in India, the United States, and New Zealand.
