Dilip Buildcon has acquired 100% equity shares of Bhavya Infra & Systems. By the virtue of the said acquisition, Bhavya Infra & Systems has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
The company had successfully completed the project of Rehabilitation and Up-gradation of Mandla-Pindrai & Salimnabad-Vilayatkalan Major District Road Intermediate laning/two laning with paved/hard shoulder in the state of Madhya Pradesh on Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode and the total project cost is Rs 190.80 crore.
Dilip Buildcon’s core business is undertaking construction projects across India in the roads and irrigation sectors. They specialize in constructing state and national highways, city roads, culverts and bridges.
