Gillanders Arbuthnot & Company has received an approval for sale and transfer of its entire shareholding of 1,47,29,995 numbers of fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10 each corresponding to 99.99% stake in Waldies Compound (formerly Barfani Builder), an Indian Subsidiary of the company, at a total consideration of Rs 21.06 crore in favour of the Transferees/ Buyers. The board of directors at its meeting held on March 9, 2017 has approved for the same.
