RBL Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 442,759 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each on March 15, 2017 under the ESOP Schemes of the Bank. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Bank has increased from 374,598,316 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating Rs 3,745,983,160 to 375,041,075 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating Rs 3,750,410,750.
