ASEL/290 dated 12/01/2017 received from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Limited (ASEL) informing that ASEL is undergoing exit policy of De-recognized/ Non-Operational Stock Exchanges and because of which its requested to the Company to do all compliance with the other Stock Exchange/s where the shares of the Company is/are listed and not with the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Limited (ASEL). Further, in respect of the same the Board at their meeting held on 17/03/2017 noted the abovesaid letter and decided not to submit any compliance under any Acts, Rules and Regulations to the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Limited (ASEL).
