PPAP Automotive has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of (SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 17th March, 2017, has appointed Abhishek Jain, as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years with effect from 1st April, 2017 to 31st March, 2022, subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. Henceforth, the Board structure with effect from 1st April, 2017 will be as follows: Ajay Kumar Jain is Chairman and Managing Director; Abhishek Jain is Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director; Vinay Kumari Jain is Non-Executive Director; and Bhuwan Kumar Chaturvedi, Pravin Kumar Gupta, and Ashok Kumar Jain are Independent Directors.
