Ashoka Buildcon’s subsidiary Ashoka Concessions (ACL) has received Letter of Award (LoA) from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the project of six laning of Ranastalam to Anandpuram (Visakhapatnam) (from km 634.000 to km 681.000) section of NH-5 (New NH- 16) in the state of Andhra Pradesh under NHDP Phase - V (Package II) on Hybrid Annuity Mode Project. The accepted bid project cost is Rs 1,187.10 crore.
Ashoka Buildcon builds and operates roads and bridges in India on a build, operate and transfer (BOT) basis. It currently operates one of the highest numbers of toll-based BOT projects in India.
