Shah and Dr. Satish Deodhar as Additional Directors (Non executive, Independent) of the Company with effect from 20th March, 2017 to hold office upto the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The appointment of Hemendrakumar C. Shah and Dr. Satish Deodhar as Independent Director is subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
