Minda Industries inches up on plan to raise Rs 500 crore via QIP

Minda Industries is currently trading at Rs. 433.00, up by 0.70 points or 0.16% from its previous closing of Rs. 432.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 433.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 437.85 and Rs. 430.10 respectively. So far 4039 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 452.25 on 01-Mar-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 185.25 on 29-Mar-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 440.00 and Rs. 426.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3431.68 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.02%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 6.46% and 19.52% respectively.

Minda Industries has received approval from its fund-raising committee for qualified institutional placement (QIP) of shares worth Rs 500 crore. The committee has fixed the floor price of the issue at RS 436.66 a share and may offer a discount of 5 per cent to institutional buyers.

Minda Industries offers a range of products across various verticals of auto components, such as switching systems, acoustic systems and alloy wheels, among others.
