Fiem Industries has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with VKL Holding Co. SPC, a Company established in the Kingdom of Behrain. As per MoU, both the entities are interested for feasibility study and thereafter establishing a joint-venture company in Behrain to facilitate a joint working partnership between both companies to establish a LED Lighting factory to manufacture and market LED Lights in Behrain and whole of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member countries.
