Axis Bank surges on raising senior notes in International Market

Axis Bank is currently trading at Rs. 508.60, up by 5.65 points or 1.12% from its previous closing of Rs. 502.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 508.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 512.90 and Rs. 503.75 respectively. So far 7963750 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 638.00 on 07-Sep-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 417.55 on 11-Apr-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 512.90 and Rs. 483.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 121652.10 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 30.23%, while institutions and non-institutions held 60.44% and 9.33% respectively.

Axis Bank has received an approval for allotment of 3 year Senior Floating Rate Notes aggregating to $10 million, under the MTN Programme through its Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) branch. The board of directors has passed a resolution for the same.
