Godrej Properties has signed a new deal to develop a residential group housing project in the heart of Hinjawadi IT Park, Phase 1, Pune. Spread over 15 acres, the project will offer approximately 155,000 square metres (1.7 million square feet) of saleable area and will be developed as a modem residential development comprising of apartments of various configurations.
This project will be developed in partnership with Godrej Residential Investment Program II (GRIP II). This is the third project under GRIP II, the $275 million fund which was announced in March 2016.
Godrej Properties is a realty firm of Godrej group, promoted by Godrej Industries and Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company. It is currently developing residential, commercial and township projects spread across approximately 12.93 million square meters (132.7 million square feet) in 12 cities.
