Career Point has invested Rs 13.55 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary Srajan Capital by subscribing for 5 lakh equity shares at issue price of Rs 100 per share as well as subscribing for 8.55 lakh 10% Optionally Convertible Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares (OCRPS) at issue price of Rs 100 per OCRPS.
