Kalpataru Power Transmission acquires 100% stake in KMTL

Kalpataru Power Transmission (KPTL) has acquired 100% equity share capital of a SPV company Kohima-Mariani Transmission (KMTL), a wholly owned subsidiary of PFC Consulting (PFCCL). The said SPV company was incorporated by PFCCL to establish transmission system for ‘North Eastern Region Strengthening Scheme (NERSS-VI)’ on BOOM basis and the company has acquired it from PFCCL pursuant to tariff based competitive bidding process carried out by PFCCL.
