MEP Infrastructure Developers has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CIDB Holdings, fully owned subsidiary of the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB Malaysia) to strengthen, promote and develop their cooperation by knowledge sharing and introducing best practices towards joint development of Sustainable Highway and Expressways projects in India and related investments. The activities mentioned above may be carried out in India or any other country as may be mutually agreed upon.
MEP Infrastructure Developers is engaged in tolling operations of the road infrastructure sector, with a pan-India presence. MEP Infra is in the business of pure toll collection projects as well as OMT projects, which involve maintenance obligations in addition to toll collection on operational roads (including highways) constructed by third parties.
