ICICI Lombard General Insurance has sold 15 lakh shares of EID Parry through the open market route. The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 270.14 valuing the transaction to Rs 40.52 crore. Further, Sundaram BNP Paribas Mutual Fund Select Midcap Fund sold 20.98 lakh shares of EID Parry at Rs 270.02.

EID Parry India is engaged in the business of manufacturing and marketing of sugar and bio products.
