Indiabulls Commercial Assets Limited ‘IBCAL’ (Post Restructuring) will develop offices only for the purpose of leasing and earning Annuity Revenues, while Indiabulls Real Estate ‘IBREL’ (Post Restructuring) will develop properties only for the purpose of Selling.
