Indian Hotels Company gains on plan to raise Rs 200 crore via NCDs

Indian Hotels Company is currently trading at Rs 128.75, up by 0.75 points or 0.59% from its previous closing of Rs. 128.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 128.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 128.75 and Rs. 128.00 respectively.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 143.00 on 14-Jul-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 88.80 on 21-Nov-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 130.75 and Rs. 126.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12662.71 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 38.65%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 39.94% and 21.40% respectively.

Tata group hospitality firm Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has decided to raise Rs 200 crore through private placement of non-convertible debentures (NCDs). The said NCDs will be for tenure of three years till April 20, 2020, with the deemed date of allotment being April 20, 2017.

Indian Hotels Company and its subsidiaries are collectively known as Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces and recognized as one of Asia's largest and finest hotel company. It operates in the luxury, premium, mid-market and value segments of the market.
