New Delhi Television (NDTV) is currently trading at Rs. 72.55, up by 0.40 points or 0.55% from its previous closing of Rs. 72.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 72.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 72.85 and Rs. 72.00 respectively. So far 1513 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 4 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 105.00 on 20-Apr-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 66.15 on 28-Mar-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 73.70 and Rs. 70.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 467.42 crore.

NDTV is considering potential sale of certain strategic assets by one or more of its subsidiaries. The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting will consider the same. Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed from April 17, 2017 till the conclusion of 48 hours from the date of the board meeting.
