CRISIL reports marginal rise in Q1 consolidated net profit

CRISIL has reported results for first quarter ended March 31, 2017.

The company has reported 1.40% fall in its net profit at Rs 63.38 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 as compared to Rs 64.28 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company has increased by 16.01% to Rs 301.53 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 259.91 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported marginal rise of 0.26% in its net profit at Rs 73.34 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2017, as compared to Rs 73.15 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased by 12.03% at Rs 402.23 crore for quarter ended March 31, 2017, as compared to Rs 359.05 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2016.
