IMP Powers surges on bagging order worth Rs 62 crore

IMP Powers is currently trading at Rs. 113.50, up by 5.80 points or 5.39% from its previous closing of Rs. 107.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 114.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 117.70 and Rs. 112.15 respectively. So far 4,001 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 124.95 on 22-Apr-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 75.40 on 17-Aug-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 118.80 and Rs. 101.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 98.02 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 52.99%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.53% and 43.48% respectively.

IMP Powers has secured order worth Rs 62 crore from Tamil Nadu Transmission Corporation. The contract is for 1920 MVA of 160 MVA, 230KV power transformers.
