Chembond Chemicals has informed that Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) & (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, 6th May, 2017, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2017; and recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year 2016-17. In accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from Thursday, 27th April, 2017 to 8th May, 2017 and shall re-open on 9th May, 2017.
