Technofab Engineering has bagged two new orders worth Rs 163 crore. With the receipt of this order the total fresh orders booked during the current fiscal year aggregates to Rs 326 crore including Rs 157 crore from overseas. The order book is now over Rs 900 crore.
Earlier in January this year, Technofab Engineering had received its board’s approval to purchase entire shareholding of New Delhi based -- Clearwater -- engaged in the business of setting up projects on turnkey basis pertaining to water, sewage and industrial effluent treatment and all kinds of civil engineering works relating to the same. The company’s board’s had also given its approval to purchase entire shareholding of Arihant Flour Mills, a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at New Delhi.
Technofab is engaged in the business of providing Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) services and executing a wide range of Balance-of-Plant (BoP) and electro-mechanical projects on a complete turnkey basis.
