Eicher Motors’ JV reports 42.40% fall in April sales

Eicher Motors’ joint venture (JV) - VE Commercial Vehicles, has reported a 42.4 per cent decline in total sales at 3,089 units for April as compared to 5,365 units sold in the same period of last year. This includes 3077 units of Eicher brand and 12 units of Volvo brand.

Eicher branded trucks & buses have reported a total sales of 3077 units in April 2017 as compared to 5326 units in April 2016 representing a decline of 42.22%.

Eicher Motors is one of the leading manufacturers of commercial vehicle. It has manufacturing facilities located in Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and Haryana. VE Commercial Vehicles is a JV between Volvo AB and Eicher Motors.
