Hindusthan National Glass strengthens on inking long-term settlement pact with Worker’s Union

Hindusthan National Glass & Industries is currently trading at Rs 110.00, up by 1.55 points or 1.43% from its previous closing of Rs. 108.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 105.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 110.00 and Rs. 105.00 respectively. So far 17 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 154.80 on 06-Sep-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 72.50 on 09-May-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 110.50 and Rs. 104.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 927.97 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.98%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 7.27% and 22.75% respectively.

Hindusthan National Glass & Industries’ management has reached a settlement with the Worker’s Union and Long Term Settlement (LTS) agreement has been signed by the Worker's Union of the Company's factory at Sinnar, Nashik, Maharashtra and subsequently strike has been withdrawn. The manufacturing operation has also commenced on April 29, 2017.
