MRF has reported results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2017.
The company has reported a fall of 32.28% in its net profit at Rs 286.77 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 as compared to Rs 423.46 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased marginally by 1.58% at Rs 3778.23 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 3839.02 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2016.
For year ended March 31, 2017, the company has posted a net profit of Rs 1451.08 crore. Total income of the company stood at Rs 15078.01 crore for the same period.
For the year ended March 31, 2017, on the consolidated basis, the company has posted a net profit of Rs 1486.22 crore. Total income of the company stood at Rs 15260.18 crore for the same period.
The figures for the year ended March 31, 2017 are not comparable with the previous period as it was for 18 months i.e. from October 01, 2015 to March 31, 2017.
