Aarti Industries has reported a 26.75% rise in its standalone net profit at Rs 28.24 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 22.28 crore for the same period previous fiscal. The surge in net profit is mainly on account of robust growth across all the segments.
Total standalone income of the company stood at Rs 466.77 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 as against Rs 435.44 crore for the corresponding period year ago, up by 7.12%.
On consolidated basis, the company’s net profit for the year ended March 31, 2012 rose by 34.55% to Rs 90.03 crore from Rs 66.91 crore for the previous financial year. Consolidated total income of the company stood at Rs 1,673.31 crore for 2011-12 against Rs 1,453 crore in 2010-11, up by 15.16%.
The company has recommended a final dividend at the rate of Rs 1.50 per share, for the financial year 2011-2012.
