Cummins India has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 29, 2017 to August 03, 2017 for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 03, 2017. The dividend warrants for the said final dividend (subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting) will be dispatched by August 30, 2017 and the final dividend will be paid on September 01, 2017.
