Further, as per the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company formed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall be closed for the Directors, Officers and Designated Employees and their dependents and family members from Tuesday, May 23, 2017 to Wednesday, May 31, 2017. The trading window shall be opened for the aforementioned on Thursday, June 1, 2017.
