Steel Strips Wheels has informed that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday the 29th day of May 2017, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017 and to recommend final dividend if any for the financial year ending 2016-17. Further, as per the provisions of the Company’s Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the Code with effect from May 23, 2017 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2017 to the public.
