With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 15th , 2017 regarding the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, on Wednesday, May 24th , 2017 to consider the audited results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2017, ECS Biztech has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors, held i.e. May 24th, 2017, will continue on May 30, 2017, to consider the audited annual financial result for the year ended 31 March, 2017, which could not be transacted in the meeting held on May 24th 2017 due to want of quorum . The results will be provided to the exchange subsequently, as per the requirements of the listing agreement. Further, the Company confirms that the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company would continue to remain close for Insiders of the Company from till Wednesday, May 31, 2017.
