Accel Frontline has executed a share purchase agreement (SPA) with StarHub. The SPA is for sale of the entire stake of a subsidiary company ‘Accel Systems & Technologies, Singapore’ (ASTL). The board of directors at its meeting held on May 26, 2017, has approved for the same.
Accel Frontline provides integrated information technology services to small, medium, and large enterprises.
