MEP Infrastructure Developers’ wholly owned subsidiary company ‘MEP Tormato’ (MTPL) has entered into Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Mumbai Nashik Express Way (MNEL) for rendering the Services as per the Scope of Services mentioned in the SLA, including operating & managing the toll plaza and allied facilities situated at Km 532 at Arjunali (Pada Village) on NH-3 on Mumbai-Nasik Highway (Arjunali Toll Plaza) and at Km 455.485 on NH-3 on Mumbai-Nasik Highway (Ghoti Toll Plaza).
Under the agreement, the company has received user fee collection rights at Arjunali Toll Plaza and Ghoti Toll Plaza, while the period of contract is effective from June 1, 2017 and shall be valid until May 31, 2020.
MEP Infrastructure Developers is engaged in tolling operations of the road infrastructure sector, with a pan-India presence. MEP Infra is in the business of pure toll collection projects as well as OMT projects, which involve maintenance obligations in addition to toll collection on operational roads (including highways) constructed by third parties.
