Apollo Tyres advances on raising Rs 450 crore through NCDs

Apollo Tyres is currently trading at Rs. 241.25, up by 12.85 points or 5.63% from its previous closing of Rs. 228.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 228.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 243.25 and Rs. 227.80 respectively. So far 5,64,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 253.00 on 02-May-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 139.35 on 24-Jun-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 243.25 and Rs. 223.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12,292.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 44.15%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 41.40% and 14.44% respectively.

Apollo Tyres has raised Rs 450 crore by issuing non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis. The company has allotted 4,500 NCDs of face value of Rs 10 lakh each.
