KP Energy has incorporated three LLP(s) - Belampar Power Infra LLP, Hajipir Renewable Energy LLP and Vanki Renewable Energy LLP registered with Registrar of Companies, Gujarat with effect from May 30, 2017, as Project Specific Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). The LLP Agreement has been filed with the ROC Gujarat, on June 01, 2017. All three newly incorporated LLPs are owned by the company through 99% direct contribution and 1% through company’s promoter contribution as partner.
All the LLP(s) are project specific special purpose vehicle incorporated for developing wind power project and establishment of Power infrastructure, Power generation and distribution facilities, Power generating stations, sub-stations, transmission and distribution networks or systems and related facilities for wind power projects, wind power plants, wind Mills, wind turbine generators etc.
KP Energy provides complete solutions from concept till completion of the project life-cycle of a Wind Project. The activities covered are Siting of Wind-farms, Lands & Permits acquisition, EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning) of Wind Project Infrastructure etc.
