Somany Ceramics has terminated Joint Venture (JV) agreement with Keraben Grupo S.A. (formerly known as Keraben S.A.) with effect from June 1, 2017. The agreement was entered in 2006 between Keraben S.A. (now known as Keraben Grupo S.A.) (Keraben) a company registered under the laws of Spain and SPL (now known as Somany Ceramics) (SCL) (collectively hereinafter the parties) for incorporation of new company i.e. Somany Keraben (now SKPL Ceramics) (hereinafter referred to as the JV company).
