KNR Constructions has reported results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2012.
The company’s net profit for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2012 fell by 79.51% to Rs 4.49 crore as compared to Rs 21.91 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2011. The total income has decreased by 28.99% to Rs 161.48 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 227.41 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2012, the company’s net profit slipped by 7.16% to Rs 52.76 crore as compared to Rs 56.83 crore for the previous year. The company’s total income has dipped by 5.36% to Rs 750.50 crore for the year from Rs 793.03 crore in the previous year.
