Consequent to the expiry of the tenure of Reddy, Goud & Janardhan, the existing Auditors of the Company as stated under Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 6 of Companies (Audit and Auditors) Rules, 2014, it has been proposed to appoint Sethia, Prabhad Hegde & Co., (FR No. 013367S), Chartered Accountants, Bangalore as the Statutory Auditors of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
