Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Elnet Technologies has informed that the Twenty Sixth Annual General Meeting of the Company for the Financial Year 2016-17 is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 06th July, 2017. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Friday 30th June, 2017 to Thursday, 06th July, 2017 for the purpose of holding 26th Annual General Meeting and declaration of dividend. The Final dividend is payable only, if approved, by the shareholders at the 26th Annual General Meeting and will be paid on or after 06th July, 2017 but not later than 04th August, 2017.
