Morgan Stanley Investment Funds’ Indian Equity Fund has purchased 8.785 lakh shares or 1.77 percent stake of Gulf Oil Lubricants (India) on June 9 at Rs 810 a share. Local Government Superannuation Scheme, an Australia-based pension fund manager, was the seller.
As of March 31, 2017, Morgan Stanley Investment held 8.758 lakh shares, or 1.76 per cent stake, in the company.
