Tata Power Delhi Distribution (TPDDL), a joint venture (JV) of Tata Power and the Government of Delhi has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Russian Federal Test Centre (FTC) for development of smart grid technologies, renewables, and for energy efficiency and conservation.
