Uniply Industries has informed that the Board of Directors has appointed Lily & Geetha Associates, Chartered Accountants, #16 (Old#37), Akbarabad 2nd Street, Kodambakkam, Chennai - 600024 as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 years, from the conclusion of 21st AGM until the conclusion of 26th AGM of the Company. Their appointment is in place of the retiring Auditors, C. Ramasamy & B. Srinivasan, Chartered Accountants, whose term is till conclusion of the ensuing 21st AGM. However, the aforesaid appointment of Statutory Auditors is subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing 21st AGM.
