This is in reference to earlier letter submitted on June 15, 2017, Burnpur Cement has informed that the Board meeting with respect to adoption of Audited Financial results for the year ended 31.03.2017 was duly held on June 14, 2017 and the same could not be approved by the Board on the same day due to extended discussion related to huge loss suffered by the company during the preceding financial year. It was then decided to adjourn the meeting and continue the discussions on the adoption of Audited Financial results from the next day i.e. June 15, 2017 from 4.00 pm scheduled and concluded at 9.00 pm. The Board of directors has hereby approved the Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31.03.2017in consultation with the Statutory Auditors of the company on June 15, 2017.
