Futures & Options (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 8,26,122.80 crore on June 27 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 1,05,61,803.
Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 36,540.40 crore, Stock Futures Rs 1,00,124.67 crore and Index Options Rs 6,50,735.35 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 38,722.38 crore.
For the day, the total F&O Put Call ratio stood 0.88, while Index Options Put Call ratio was 0.91 and that of Stock Options was 0.53.
The top five scrips with highest PCR on OI were Amara Raja Batteries (2), Oriental Bank of Commerce (2), KPIT Technologies (1), Cipla (1) and Colgate-Palmolive (India).
Among most active underlying, State Bank of India witnessed a contraction of 11.01 million units of Open Interest in the June month futures contract, followed by Reliance Industries witnessing a contraction of 3.45 million units of Open Interest in the June month contract, HDFC Bank witnessed a contraction of 5.00 million units of Open Interest in the June month contract, ICICI Bank witnessed a contraction of 26.40 million units of Open Interest in the June month future contract and Tata Steel witnessed a contraction of 6.21 million units of Open Interest in the June month future contract.
