MEP Infrastructure bags LOA worth Rs 325.08 crore from MSRDC

MEP Infrastructure Developers has received Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) whereby the company has been engaged for Operation & Maintenance of Rajiv Gandhi Sea Link and Toll Plaza & Collection of Toll on Whole Upfront basis. The contractual amount for the said project is Rs 325.08 crore payable to MSRDC on Whole Upfront basis.

The project is for Operation and Maintenance of Rajiv Gandhi Sea Link (RGSL) Project and Toll Plaza & Collection of Toll at RGSL. The period of the contract is 156 weeks (3 years) from the date of work order and the operations will commence within 45 days from the date of LOA; after complying the statutory formalities like submission of performance security, signing of contract etc.

MEP Infrastructure Developers is engaged in tolling operations of the road infrastructure sector, with a pan-India presence. MEP Infra is in the business of pure toll collection projects as well as OMT projects, which involve maintenance obligations in addition to toll collection on operational roads (including highways) constructed by third parties.
