Godrej Properties (GPL) has signed a development management agreement to develop a premium group housing project on Magadi road in West Bangalore. This is GPL’s first project in the micro market of West Bangalore and its eleventh project in Bangalore.
This project will offer approximately 58,000 square meters (approximately 600,000 square feet) of saleable area and is located in close proximity to the Central Business District (CBD), Race Course, Majestic and Rajarajeshwari Nagar.
Godrej Properties is currently developing residential, commercial and township projects spread across approximately 13.22 million square meters (135.29 million square feet) in 12 cities.
