In compliance with Regulation 29(1) (a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Monnet Ispat & Energy has informed about notice, which is given that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, the 11th July, 2017, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter ended, 30th June, 2017. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insiders, the Trading Window shall remain closed with immediate effect, from 04th July, 2017 to 13th July, 2017 i.e. till 48 hours after the announcement by the company of the results to the stock exchanges on 11th July, 2017. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company’s shares/securities.
