SSK Lifestyles’ wholly owned subsidiary - Genesis IBRC has acquired 100% stake in ‘Genesis Biosciences IBKC’, a partnership firm engaged in manufacturing and marketing of pro-biotic products for aquaculture and fisheries.

This acquisition will significantly support the company for its proposed new line of business. The acquisition is done in cash and the shares were acquired for Rs 58 lakh.

SSK Lifestyles manufactures men’s and women’s clothing and sells garments by wholesale and retail. The company also acts as an importer and exporter of ready-made apparel and hosiery goods.
