Vadilal Industries board approves voluntary delist of equity shares from ASE

Vadilal Industries has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on May 30, 2012, has approved to voluntarily delist total 7187830 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the company, from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Limited, subject to compliance of the procedure mentioned in clause - 7 of the SEBI (delisting of equity shares) Regulations, 2009. The aforesaid shares of the company will be continued to listed at the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India  which are having nationwide trading terminals and hence, no exist opportunity is required to be given to the public shareholders.
