Axis Bank gains on entering into collaboration with IIC

Axis Bank is currently trading at Rs. 508.95, up by 1.45 points or 0.29% from its previous closing of Rs. 507.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 510.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 510.00 and Rs. 505.90 respectively. So far 1,881 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 638.00 on 07-Sep-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 424.60 on 10-Jan-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 513.45 and Rs. 501.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1,22,063.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 30.05%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 59.26% and 10.69% respectively.

Axis Bank has entered into collaboration with Inter- American Investment Corporation (IIC), which will help traders boost relations between India and Latin America and the Caribbean. This collaboration will facilitate trade with Latin America and the Caribbean in which Axis Bank will participate in the Trade Finance Facilitation Programme (TFFP) as a confirming bank. It is the first Indian Bank to be a part of such a facility.
